Shelby Reid, R.D.H.
Shelby graduated from Dental Hygiene School with an AAS degree.  She takes great pride in her work.  She was introduced to the dental field at a very early age since her dad is a dentist. She started working with him when she was 15 years old.  Shelby has also conducted hygiene services at the Boys & Girls Club as well as other charitable clinics in the Chicago area.  She has specialized training in Soft Tissue Management, CPR certified, and has her certification in nitrous and local anesthesia administration.  She currently works as a hygienist at North Pier Dental.  In her free time she likes traveling, working out and spending time with family and friends.

Haley Gretencord, Office Manager
Haley received her B.A in Health and Minor in Business Administration in December 2004 from Emporia State University.  Haley is originally from Kansas. She started working for North Pier Dental in December 2006.  She is CPR Certified and is currently going to classes and seminars within the dental field.  In her free time, Haley, enjoys traveling, working out and hanging out with her friends.

Lucy Komorowski, RDH
Lucy graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Southern Illinois University.  She grew up in Niles, IL. Her interest in dentistry began at age fifteen when she entered the dental field by dental assisting.  Lucy has also been involved in volunteer work and provided dental hygiene services in a Medicaid clinic, Veteran’s Hospital, Nursing Home, schools in underprivileged areas, and Health Fairs.  She is certified to administer nitrous oxide during conscious sedation and local anesthesia.  Lucy continues to be very interested in the dynamic field of oral health care and enjoys attending seminars and reading literature to keep up with the latest technologies and techniques appearing in the field.  In addition to her passion for dentistry, Lucy enjoys being active in the outdoors, cooking, and reading. 

Ashley, Front Desk Receptionist
Ashley is excited to be joining North Pier Dental’s team.  In May, she graduated from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, MI with a B.A. in English.  As North Pier Dental’s receptionist, Ashley is learning about the many facets of dentistry. In her free time, Ashley loves to sing, travel, and spend time with family.
